Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1Who we are

PE Group of Institutions runs the institutes listed on this website. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean PE Group of Institutions, and "you" means anyone who visits pegroup.org.in or sends us an enquiry.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and process an admission.

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the course or institute you are interested in, and anything you write in an enquiry or application form.
  • Admission documents: marksheets, identity proof and other documents you send us when you apply.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and how long you stay, collected automatically by our website and analytics tools.

3How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • call, message or email you about the course you enquired about
  • process your application, verify eligibility and confirm admission
  • send you information about fees, scholarships, documents and important dates
  • answer questions and handle complaints
  • improve our website and understand which courses students ask about most
  • meet requirements of regulators such as AICTE, the affiliating university or the nursing council, where they apply

4Calls and messages

When you tick the consent box on an enquiry form, you agree that our admissions team may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about admissions, even if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list.

You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to a message or writing to info@rsvidyapeeth.com. We will stop calling and messaging you, though we may still contact you about an application already in progress.

5Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • with the institute in our group that runs the course you asked about
  • with service providers who help us run the website, send messages or store records, under an agreement that limits what they may do with it
  • with universities, councils and government bodies where the admission process requires it
  • where the law requires us to share it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our students and staff

6Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping a form secure. Others help us understand how visitors use the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

7How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for [number] years so that our counsellors can follow up with you across admission seasons.

Student records are kept for as long as the affiliating university, council or law requires. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

8Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • delete information we no longer need
  • withdraw the consent you gave us, at any time
  • nominate someone to act for you if you cannot

9Students under 18

Many applicants are under 18. If you are, please fill in our forms with a parent or guardian, and we will treat their consent as consent for the enquiry and admission process.

We do not knowingly use a child's information for advertising or tracking.

10Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we limit access to staff who need it for their work.

No website or database can be completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

11Other websites

Our site links to the websites of our institutes and to services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Please check it now and then.
